The Brookfield CT3 Texture Analyser is a powerful universal testing machine that offers both compression and tensile testing in a much more cost-efficient way than other testers in its class.

Texture Analysis is being used in a variety of applications in different industries and public sectors. This technique is applied to measure the response of a product under controlled mechanical stress conditions.

These conditions mean that a sample can be pushed (compression test) or pulled (tension test) by means of a texture analyser and then measured to analyse what happens.

With the CT3 Texture Analyser you can use the tension and compression mode, alongside a variety of probes and fixtures, to simulate real-life conditions. For example, how hard a material is or when will it break; if it is elastic or more viscous, how will it spread and much more.
